Lexor Auto Detail JAX is a mobile auto detailing service based in Jacksonville, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you message us on Facebook Messenger, call, email, or book an appointment.

Information you provide

• Your name

• Your phone number and email address, when you share them
• Details about your vehicle — make, model, size, and condition
• Your service area or address, so we know where to bring the van
• The content of the messages you send us

Information we receive automatically

• Your Facebook page-scoped user ID, which Messenger provides so we can reply to the right conversation. This is not your Facebook profile, and it does not let us see your friends, photos, or other Facebook activity.
• The date and time of your messages.

We do not collect payment card information through messaging. Payment is taken in person when the service is completed.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and give you an accurate price quote
• To schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• To follow up about a service you asked about
• To keep a record of our conversation so you don’t have to repeat yourself

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Automated messaging

Some replies on Facebook Messenger are generated by an automated assistant that helps answer common questions and collect the details needed for a quote. Your messages are processed by an artificial intelligence service to produce those replies. A member of our team reviews leads and confirms all appointments. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate our business. They may process your information on our behalf, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Meta Platforms — delivers messages through Facebook Messenger
• Google — provides the AI service that generates automated replies
• Supabase and Airtable — store conversation history and customer records
• Calendly — manages appointment scheduling
• Telegram — delivers internal notifications to our team

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep your information

We keep conversation records and customer details for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records, and no longer than three years after your last contact with us — unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or the law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect your information

Access to customer records is limited to Lexor Auto Detail staff and the service providers listed above. Our systems are protected by authentication and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Access. Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Correction. Ask us to fix anything that’s wrong.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information. We’ll do it unless we’re required to keep it.
• Stop messaging. Tell us to stop, or block the page on Messenger.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the “last updated” date above.
